4.2 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

4.3 Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or display the Content except as expressly permitted;
• Sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works based on the Content;
• Use the Platform or Content for commercial exploitation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any materials.

5.2 Billing and Renewal
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.

5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5.4 Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
