Return & Refund Policy

At AnesthesiaBoard.SE, all educational content and digital services are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of this immediate access, and the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted by the system. This includes:

• Subscriptions to question banks and study materials
• Access to AI-powered oral exam simulations
• Digital downloads or streaming of any educational resources

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right to withdraw from the contract is waived once access begins.

Refunds may only be issued in rare, clearly defined circumstances:

a. Duplicate Charges
If an order is charged more than once by accident, contact support within 7 days.

b. Technical Access Issues
If you are unable to access your purchased content due to technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time (typically 3 business days), a refund may be considered.

c. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions
In cases of proven fraudulent use of your payment method, refunds may be issued after verification.

• Your full name
• Order number or transaction ID
• A clear description of the issue

All requests are reviewed individually and refunds are granted at AnesthesiaBoard.SE’s discretion.

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Please note:
Cancelled memberships are not eligible for partial refunds or prorated reimbursements after billing has occurred.

Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are not provided for change of mind, incomplete use, or dissatisfaction with prolonged access use. This policy is consistent with global standards for digital education services and online learning platforms.

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Processing times vary depending on banking and card issuer policies — typically 5–14 business days.
