1. Digital Products – No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases made on AnesthesiaBoard.se are non-refundable once access to the product or service has been granted. This includes:

• Subscriptions to question banks and study materials

• Access to AI-powered oral exam simulations

• Downloads or streaming of digital resources

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the download or access begins.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate charges or accidental multiple purchases (contact us within 7 days)

• Technical issues that prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time (typically 3 business days)

• Fraudulent use of your payment method (proof required)

3. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring membership subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Cancelled memberships are not eligible for partial refunds.
